Welcome to Newberg Crest
Our neighborhood is located about 10 miles north of Snohomish and 5 miles east of Lake Stevens, Washington. The Association is comprised of 54 single-family homes.
The Newberg Crest Homeowners Association is a non-profit corporation per Chapter 64.38 RCW registered with the State and managed by a duly-elected Board of Directors. Its purpose is to maintain all common areas and to govern the community in accordance with the provision of the legal documents.
